Love the phone great looking everything worked. EXCEPT the microphone for the phone when you are on a call the other person can not hear you unless you go to speaker phone or use Bluetooth headset with a mic. After hitting speaker to talk on phone sometimes the phone mic would work ok till the phone went into lock mode and you have to do it for almost every call. I am disappointed I really like the phone but cant deal with this issue every other phone call. After talking with Nokia tech support online for two hours was basically told to wait and see if an update comes out for it. I even tried a full factory reset ran all the updates again same issue, packed it up and sent back. After researching this problem it seems to be a hardware issue with many of the Nokia models. Very disappointing they have a really nice phone that would sell well.If they resolve this issue soon I would try the phone again, but I think it has been an on going issue with Nokia for a few years now. ITs very hard to find a good tough phone that works here in the US, I have tried many only the Verizon kyocera duraforce pro 2 is even close to this Nokia Xr20 but its Verizion only or I would already have it.On the good side worked fine with US T-Mobile right out of box 5g.

I returned mine today. After having Mic issue during the call. People can’t hear me unless i activated the loudspeaker. And reboot by itself twice a day. I really like the phone.!

I’m impressed! Had doubts about not getting another flagship phone, but this is top quality that does better than phones twice the cost. (most of my prior phones have been the latest flagship phones, but there have been little advancements in the past few years, and needed a phone that could take a drop or get wet and have longevity to avoid the many hours of setting up a new system)1) The screen is beautiful, bright, and unlike recent AMOLED screens (Looking at you Samsung), doesn’t go dark black after 1 minute in the sun.2) The phone is really waterproof, not just resistant. Regular use in outside rain, showers, etc. no problem (unlike OnePlus & Pixel phones both with problems in decent rain or in a sink for seconds)3) I was concerned it didn’t have the latest processor, but with ~300 apps and 30GB plus of data, high end backgrounds and apps, this phone is smooth and responsive after the first day of setup. I notice no difference (despite benchmarks) in use compared to my prior ~$1K phone.4) Sound quality on phone and speakerphone is the best I’ve used. Reception is great! Picks up signal quickly coming out of blocked areas. Finally – A smartPHONE that’s good as a phone. VoLTE improves quality of voice. EDIT 11-14-2021: OK – I can’t rave enough about the sound quality – I’m IMPRESSED and don’t want to return to mediocre sound calls ever again – this phone sets the new bar for sound during calls, bluetooth connectivity and wifi/LTE connectivity – it’s so fast -e.g. coming out of plane mode and landing in new city. Other manufacturers take note – Nokia nailed the PHONE part of smartphone.5) Camera is very good. I notice no difference to prior Pixel, which I considered to be amongst the best. Responsive, does QR scan quickly, face recognition near instant, selfie video is strong, pictures are 8-9/10 only bested by latest Pixel & Apple in my book. One negative is the odd dim ring around front facing Cam – hopefully Nokia improves this in future model – minor niggle.6) Battery life fantastic – always greater than 50% at end of day unless I do more than 2 hours of Zoom calls on it. Typically use 2-5 hours of screen time per day.7) Feels good and solid in hand – premium quality – nothing cheap about the phone.8) Charge speed may not be fastest (not a 15 minute charge), but not needed with huge battery capacity & I only charge overnight anyway. It can easily fully re-charge in one hour.9) Hoping Nokia comes through on the 3 year android updates – EDIT 11-14-2021 so far, so good – regular updates. Edit 1-5-2022 – still receiving security updates with quick easy installs10) EDIT 11-14-2021: This only happened on re-install of apps from a backup and has smoothed out with no issues. A few Apps had initially Forgotten their login settings, so I had to log back in. Only happened a few times, but not after reinstall of a few of my prior 300 apps. The phone is rock stable, responsive and classic Google Android (Android One) – I’m really enjoying this phone.11) fingerprint reader is instant, once you learn to roll your finger/thumb on it (vs placing flat)My advice – get it – you’ll be happy.

From a Nokia loverNokia xr 20 is most rugged phone in worldPrice is highGood phone for mine
Grand Seiko –
Solid phone. I have three small kids so a rugged phone is a must. I appreciate the LCD screen as I am sensitive to low-frequency pwm (it causes eyestrain) that all of the OLED phone these days have. The size does not bother me, but I can catch-palm a basketball, so maybe my hands are slightly larger than most people. The top button is great; I program it as the flashlight so I can access it with one click in the dark. The camera can be accessed by double-tapping the power button, which is a nice feature as well. I have a 512GB microSD card in the slot, and the camera lets me save pictures there by default, which is great. Wireless charging is awesome, and it’s much faster to charge than my Pixel 6. Battery goes to 50% after a day’s use, which has been amazing compared to my old iPhone SE2.The only problems are the camera kind of sucks (no OIS, if you aren’t anything but absolutely still, it will be blurry), and the fingerprint reader is too sensitive. Coming from an iPhone SE2, it was disturbing how poor the camera was. The fingerprint reader is also a source of frustration; the phone frequently locks out and makes me type the password because the fingerprint reader misinterprets the palm of my hand as a fingerprint swipe attempt. In a perfect world, the phone should only register fingerprint attempts if I actually depress the button. We shall see if Nokia/HMD Global is true to their word with software updates. The security patches come later in the month than my Pixel 6. Not sure if I will get Android 12. People also complain about the price, but I did not find it to be unreasonable. This phone is a hidden gem from Nokia.

Nokia XR20 is undoubtedly the toughest phone I have ever brought. I keep on dropping my mobile and this phone is a blessing for me. I did the drop test as well as water test and it’s absolutely great. If you are looking for a long lasting phone, go for this. Performance is also great.Latest update. I already saved INR 60k as I dropped my phone twice since I bought this beauty. Had it been any other phone, I would have bought 2 phones by now. When it comes to battry life, it has got a poweful battery. Of course! Wireless Charging is icing on the cake.Nokia has never disappointed with the camera or photograph quality over the years. I still have Nokia Lumia 1520, and its photograph quality can beat any other brand phone manufactured in 2021!The finger print reader is placed exactly at the right place. And even though the display is very big, using finger print scanner is very easy, efficient and smooth.Battery charging is fast which helps an user like me who uses the phone 24*7.People fail to understand the value Nokia offers in every phone of theirs. They not be good at marketing, but for sure they have great products. You can trust me on this 🤗

A brilliant phone for the money, a really good phone easy to set up and copy everything from your old phone.
